4. If the Trafalgar representative is not graphic after a few minutes (don't forget the reason they might not be there is they might be dealing with other Trafalgar clients) make your way to the Dot 2 Dot exchange desk. Here they will ask for the exchange voucher in your documentation folder.

5. After a short wait of 30-45 minutes you will board your mini bus exchange for your London hotel. There will probably be some other Trafalgar guests on the exchange to your or other hotels.

Note: It is imperative you give or your voyage agent gives Trafalgar your flight facts 2 weeks prior to travel. Even if you have booked your own flights and are arriving on the day the tour starts as per the itinerary, Trafalgar will exchange you to your London hotel.
